Hours: Based on the reviews, T-Mobile in Frankfort, KY off of US-127 has excellent customer support services. The store was very clean and smelted so good. Employees like Brayden Brooks and Azia Cook were very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to help customers, whether it was getting emails back, setting up new phones, or transferring from AT&T to T-Mobile. Other employees like Megan and Corinna helped families set up new phones. The two ladies in the store also provided excellent service. T-Mobile is very lucky to have these employees working for them.
