I purposely avoid the advance auto parts that is located the nearest to me in my town and drive an extra distance to go to this advance auto parts, because they are above and beyond helpful, they are courteous with their customer service, and their attitude towards me is that they have my best interest in mind as a consumer and someone that purchases auto parts. Unless a part is out of stock, this will be my go to store for now on, and I will avoid the advance auto parts. Location located nearest me in favor of traveling to go to the store to make purchases. “Stopped for a small part, stayed for a nap! Impressed with first appearances. Not a lot of bays but well set up. Parts crew had part in hand and.. Kevin, SM, had a bay open. Check the to do list for other issues and in we go for a repair. Open bay = opportunity for O/Ops. Less the two hours later, out the door and one more problem off the list. Thank you quick mech Tommy. BIG lot! Bankers hours but great crew and good inventory.”

“My headlight went out today so I stopped by to buy a new one. No biggie, I've changed it out before but accidentally bought the high beam bulb instead of the low beam. I got out of my car, popped my hood, and was double checking which bulb it was. A gentleman named Jody asked if we needed help. He came over and got my bulb out for me, which was super nice because I probably would have pulled up a YouTube video to make sure I was doing it right. He pulled the bulb out even though he was off the clock! Elisha helped me inside the store and got my replacement bulb for me. Both guys were super helpful and knowledgeable! Whole event took me 10 minutes tops, really appreciate the great customer service!”

“Very great staff!! I'd suggest going an hour or so ahead of planned time if you have somewhere to go. I may have just caught them on a busy day. Also, others may have had appointments. I was a walk in & needed 1 tire. It was $82 the cheapest tire, w/no extras, no insurance, no balancing, etc. The staff was very helpful with helping me put oil in afterwards. Free of charge. I had bought the oil prior, & needed help on opening the oil cap. They also checked it. Very kind. ?”
