“I am not an easy person to please. But Dylan, Scotty and Ari were there to answer every question I had. Even some I didn't know I needed to ask. Scotty is a new hire with 2 days under his belt, he had so much knowledge about the device and how it can make my life easier. Dylan was excellent on the cost, getting me the correct plan for the family and helping me learn more about T Mobile. Ari has a great staff in Franklin. She got all the numbers from Verizon changed over quick!! Glad we made the decision to go with such a great team. I can say I look forward to being a T Mobile customer. Thanks to them, they ROCK!!!”
