“My iPhone bit the dust. I was really dreading having to go get a new phone, remember my passwords, and deal with setting it all back up. I went to the local T-Mobile office here in Franklin, Kentucky, where I bought my original iPhone. In all honesty, I went in, expecting the worst. Nikki waited on me. I cannot say enough positive things about her. She went above and beyond to help restore all my old information on my new iPhone. What started as a dreaded event ended up turning out pretty awesome. She did such an amazing job with me, my daughter ended up coming in and upgrading as well! Tomorrow I’m bringing my mom in to buy an iPhone from Nikki! She is definitely a valued asset to T-Mobile!
