Advance Auto Parts is a favorite auto parts store with a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The attendants provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and helping any way they can. They are willing to get correct parts, even if it takes a few tries, and will order items not in stock. Pricing is a bit higher than some stores but offers variety. Customers report great experiences, leaving very happy and overall satisfied with the service.
I have never been in a parts store, but needed new bulbs for my headlights. The store was clean and very well stocked. Peyton greeted me as I entered. Together with the bulbs I needed, he showed me a small product that would provide a waterproof seal. Really appreciated the level of service with no up-sell.

They are very helpful and friendly. Pricing is reasonable and they have a fairly large selection of parts in inventory.

They have very helpful staff! I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed but they took the time to help me find the right part and even installed it for me! Prices were a little high and I had to wait a little bit but otherwise a great experience.
