“This morning I stopped by Advance Auto Parts on Edwards Avenue. My left turning signal started blinking fast whenever I would turn it on, and after reading the manual, it was determined to be a burnt bulb. To prevent from being hit in the back of my vehicle, I immediately went to the store and had the pleasure of meeting Manager Sean Carey. He listened to my concern, and personally replaced the bulbs as a safety precaution. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and showed a genuine concern for a customer. “based on past experiences here, we haven’t been pleased. this time, we made an appointment online to have 4 new tires put on our car in hopes it would get us in and out quicker. Bryan (i believe is his name) checked us in quickly and with ease! so grateful! the techs who worked on our car i’m unsure of their names, but they worked SO quickly and got our car done in less than an hour and a half!! in the past, we’ve waited HOURS. the woman at the desk could’ve been more friendly, but i understand everyone has bad days.
