CVS is a convenient and well-organized pharmacy and retail store that offers a range of services. It provides COVID-19 testing for eligible individuals, with options for lab and rapid tests, though high demand can cause delays. The store is open 24 hours, making it easy to visit at any time, and the parking lot is available but can be cramped. Customers often find the store clean, stocked, and friendly, with staff who are helpful and kind in person. The pharmacy team is efficient at preparing medications on time and notifying customers of any delays or issues. In addition to pharmacy services, CVS offers photo printing, where customers have had positive experiences with quick, beautiful prints and attentive staff guiding them through the process. However, some minor issues include occasional printer misfeeds and split orders between printers, which can be a bit confusing. Prices are noted to be higher than other places, but many find the quality and convenience worth it. Customers appreciate the fast service when shopping for non-prescription items and the ease of quick in-and-out visits. Overall, CVS is seen as a reliable local option for pharmacy needs, photo printing, and everyday shopping, despite some minor inconveniences like parking and phone response times.
I’ve learned after multiple trips that when you get a text your rx is ready, it often isn’t. All posted signs say pharmacy is open 25 hours every day but Thursday, but I’m sitting here waiting for them to open back up since apparently the whole staff takes lunch at 1:30. Update your signs and website.
