They even knew the best part brand that people go to, to fix my issue and did not try to slap a sub - par OEM part in. Fair prices and no frills with a lot of knowledge. “I find the staff here to be very honest and knowledgeable. My car took a while to get fixed, but I never felt taken advantage of, even as a young woman visiting the shop alone. Mike and Jordan were especially sweet and helpful.
I suspect that some complaints in other reviews stem from a lack of patience or understanding about the process. The shop is always busy, and it seems they often don’t have enough workers, but the team genuinely tries to accommodate everyone.
One downside is that I had to call for updates, and the parts distributors can be slow, especially for older BMW models like mine. However, they maintained a positive attitude despite my frequent calls, and they clearly work well together.
Overall, I trust this team and appreciate their dedication to providing good service, especially in a corporate setting where they’re motivated by their commitment to customers rather than personal gain.”

He made me feel comfortable and felt like it was the right decision, no pressure.
