Though our mechanic thought we needed tire rods they assessed and repaired the vehicle with integrity finding it only needed ball bearings.They kept us informed on the work and cost.We could not retrieve our car until the morning after it was ready which they allowed.Fair price for excellent service!”

“I have a 2017kia Sorento that was left to me by my mother when she passed. I have been staying in it as I had lost my home....a lady named Carol told me to take it to s and s on Richmond road and ask for Brandon. Well I had drive it up there because she told me she was going to pay for my breaks and they got it in there and they got almost $1100 break job down to $933 and let me tell y'all. They are some really good guys up there! They didn't look down at me like other people do and did an awesome job on them.....if you need and work done on you car truck or SUV take it to them they are some really good guy and won't rob you blind.”

“Connor!!! What a gem you have. We weAre in town from Michigan and damaged a tire. Conner found us a tire and when he took the bad one off told us we had an alignment issue. Informed us we were lucky the tire didn't explode on us. He checked all the tired and we decided to also replace the other front for safety reasons!! He put air in our tires and helped us also get our hood up to refill washer fluid!!! Such a kind and helpful young man!!!”

“These good folks do it all—from roadside assistance to in-shop work for all your tire & wheel needs. I was in a nearby RV park, and had a soft tire. I called my own emergency roadside provider, and they in turn engaged S&S. The S&S tech arrived on time and got to work swapping out the leaking wheel/tire, and installed the spare. It turns out the wheel itself was cracked, so the tech said he would take it back to the shop and swap in a new wheel. A couple hours later I went to the shop and picked up the repaired wheel/tire. I feel they treated me more than fairly. If you're in the Lexington area, give them a look!”

“They were ok for the most part. Easy to schedule an appointment, prompt service, polite staff.I came to this place through Costco's auto care program for a routine service. I mention this in case anyone else is coming here for routine service thinking they'll get Costco's advertised 15% off. I was told that the 15% does not apply to fluid replacements as the margins are too thin and it doesn't apply to labor either I guess.In addition, I had to Google the service codes to ask for what needed to be serviced (almost left without getting brake oil replaced because I hadn't checked what the diagnostic code meant). I didn't think I needed to do that with a professional service place. On top of this, I was offered a $96 air filter change (which is quite literally a 10 dollar filter and 2 minutes of time that I later did myself). I use this as a metric of shops offering basic maintenance at extremely inflated markups. In addition, they left the dashboard open with the plastic support unhooked so the dash kept staying open until I had to check youtube how to fix it...In summary, good price for oil change and ok price for brake oil change. Know what your car needs done when you're coming here for routine maintenance. Overcharging for air filter change and did not put back the dashboard drawer as it should have been.”

“I do have to give 5 stars. They knew exactly what to do. I had called them to see if they could do the work. They told me initially that they could not get to it, but when I told them that it's been sitting for a while, they had me to send them pictures of what was wrong. They told that they could get to it the following week. So I had it towed into place and they got right on and had it fixed before I was ready, that's never happened anywhere. When I went to go pick it, it was the first time that I visited their shop. They were great people and the van came back totally fixed. They actually did it cheaper than I thought it could be done for and came to me highly recommended. The car had sit for 6 months as I couldn't find anyone to work on it until then. I went out and bought another vehicle to drive into I find someone to work on it. After I totaled the vehicle I was using until I could find someone, I went and looked at other vehicles and I couldn't find anything, I had no choice but to get it repaired and I no vehicle to drive in between time, but they were quick and thorough. I couldn't ask for better service.”
