“The personnel and the experience was fantastic. Having to call my mother as a 43 year old man on speaker phone to confirm a phone number was not ideal. While I understand the reason and process behind the protocol it doesn't make it any more comfortable or justifiable. If you are worried that much about theft of property tag your trailers and vehicles and be done with the whole ordeal.”

“I've never rented a U Haul from this location but do have a storage rental unit here. Nice and friendly staff. 10 day grace period before you're charged any late fees. Looking to have a shed put on my property but until then the unit is a nice size for the price.”
