“I had such a great experience with this company! First off it was pretty cheap as far as renting trucks was concerned. Also I called at 10 mins to closing time, the guy Josh Hoehn went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed! He was super professional! So nice! And had everything ready when I got there. He done such a good job. I just wished all customer service experiences was like this one. The Lexington Ky 4700 Georgetown Rd. office is where I rented my truck so Josh done his job to the tee. “The company that I work for rents trucks from Worldwide. The mechanics are knowledgeable and will do their best to work you in if you are under a load and have to get back on the road. I like the fact that if I have a question or a concern with the truck I drive they take the time to answer my questions and contrary to popular belief they do take care of their trucks. As a driver you have to tell the mechanic what is going on with the truck and stop by when the truck is due for service.”

“We were on vacation, 5 hours away from home, when our vehicles transmission gave out. Due to Covid every rental car agency had sold off their fleets and there were no rental cars available within (at least) 60 miles from us until 2 days later. And that was a 'maybe' at best.Tabitha was the absolute best. She was able to find and provide us a truck for two days so we could at least get to our hotel and have a vehicle to drive for a couple days to enjoy our vacation itenerary.In addition, she was able to locate us another truck and vehicle hauler and had it ready for us on on departure date so we could drive back home towing our vehicle.Tabitha we want to thank you again for all the extra work and everything you did for us. “My husband and I rented a 16’ truck and trailer for a move from Lexington, KY to Windsor, CT. We had a straightforward experience. Nothing went majorly wrong like the other reviews. I did not look at any reviews prior to booking the budget truck online. Otherwise, I probably would not have booked a budget truck. The pick up experience was straightforward: signed paperwork, waited for the truck to hook up to the trailer, did a walk through, and left. The place was messy but whatever works. They changed the tire of the trailer right in front of us so it took a little while. The interior was clean. The only thing we saw that was sketchy was that there is a check engine light on but it was covered by black tape. Regardless, the truck and the trailer got our stuff and our VW golf to CT without any major issues. (Minor issues: when filling the gas tank, you have to constantly re-angle the gas pump. Also, no back up camera.)”
