They extended my time did not charge me extra in each time that I called to tell them that I was gonna be a little more late than encouraged me that everything was gonna work out. It was just a great experience.”
“I was sent to this location by another that gave away my reserved trailer - I reserved it weeks ago. The gentleman at Ashley Wheel and Breaks was so courteous and professional as opposed to the customer service ethic that allowed the other place to give away my reserved trailer. He was patient and helpful and went out of his way to make it a positive experience. Thank you to Ashley Wheel and Breaks for making a negative, completely inconvenient situation with the New Circle Road location, better.”

“The company that I work for rents trucks from Worldwide. The mechanics are knowledgeable and will do their best to work you in if you are under a load and have to get back on the road. I like the fact that if I have a question or a concern with the truck I drive they take the time to answer my questions and contrary to popular belief they do take care of their trucks. As a driver you have to tell the mechanic what is going on with the truck and stop by when the truck is due for service.”

“Wonderful customer service and pricing! We had a gentleman this morning (I didn’t catch his name and I feel terribly about that), he was extremely helpful, quick, and efficient! Me and my mom are moving myself across the country and rented a truck from South Carolina but need to add a car trailer in Lexington, when we picked it up we said we were not great at backing up this truck and he backed it up for us and hooked it up. He also answered all our questions and was very quick but also explained everything we needed to know along with some helpful tips! Would HIGHLY recommend Penske.”
“I had such a great experience with this company! First off it was pretty cheap as far as renting trucks was concerned. Also I called at 10 mins to closing time, the guy Josh Hoehn went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed! He was super professional! So nice! And had everything ready when I got there. He done such a good job. I just wished all customer service experiences was like this one. The Lexington Ky 4700 Georgetown Rd. office is where I rented my truck so Josh done his job to the tee. I would highly recommend them. And since I have more moving to do I'll be back. Thanks Penske!”

“Have rented moving vehicles from them periodically over the years. Never really had an issue. More recently I came in without reservations due to a unforseen need for a truck. The young man was able to quickly find just what I needed. I know that without a reservation that usually can't happen and some of it was luck. But he still worked quickly to get me a truck that had literally just been returned. I appreciate that. We will be using their service again later this month to move my son back to college.”
