Actually I have lived here before and am currently staying here short term staff is top tier they have helped myself and some other people with fixed income be sheltered for minimum fee and I don't have any issues with my overall experience for the money you can't go wrong it is older and does have its share of shortcomings but all in all not to bad it's quiet here by 10 pm save for the weekend as the bar is open Thursday through Saturday maybe Sunday not sure about. I'd say overall 6.5/7 out of 10.

I lived there for 3and a half years. Wonderful invironment. Can go across the street to swim at the beach at the damn and wonderful walking and writing trailes. I'm ready to come back.

So so rooms the owners are rude to locals and want to charge 100$ deposit to even stay here. They have old glass tv's the beds are broken down and not of the rooms have tape on the doors from the hallway side. Definitely not a place to bring the kids or family
