Very helpful as we were deciding what to buy. We bought 4 beds and unfortunately they loaded them on the truck for us. Super nice folks.. go the extra mile to help you. We got a box spring, and they didn't hesitate to load it for us even before we had paid them! This day and time, most places don't have any customer service at all...not these folks.. they are all about customers.
