The craftsmanship was awesome and was the price was very fair. Very happy customer. I will definitely be back.”
“Cathy was wonderful!! She was so helpful, courteous and attentive. I called the store just to see if they had a particular type of shoe in a certain size. She placed me on a brief hold and informed me they did carry what I was looking for. Shortly after, I physically go to the store. Unbeknownst to me, the lady I had just talked to on the phone greeted me in the store and asked how she could help me. I explained the back story of my phone call to which she leads us to the register…without asking she had already pulled the shoes I called about and had them waiting on us!!!!!! So thoughtful!! My son tried them on, they fit like a glove and we were in and out in literally a couple of minutes!! She went the extra mile without being asked. That kind of customer service is almost nonexistent anymore. It was appreciated beyond measure. Thank you Cathy!! I hope she is given the credit she deserves!!”
“Very knowledgeable staff and great selection of work boots, hiking boots, athletic and sandals. Bought the husband a pair of Thorogood boots and he LOVES them. Staff went above and beyond letting him try on about 50 pairs before finding his Cinderella slipper. Highly recommend”

“I’m a long time Hibbetts customer. Have been for over 20 years. I shop at my local Bowling Green KY store almost weekly. Shawn is great & that store is ran very well. Customer service is fantastic!
But, I was in Glasgow KY yesterday picking up a vehicle & decided to shop in their store for the 1st time ever. Walked in the door, greeted immediately. Store is very, very nice. Staff was great. But, I wear big & tall clothes. I’m a big guy obviously. U guys carry tons of apparel in extended sizing & that’s why I shop so much with this company. But, in this particular store, the big & tall sizes were mixed in with the regular sizes. If u wanted to see what they had to offer in extended sizing, u would’ve had to look through every Mens clothing rack. This is NOT ok. Very inconvenient & aggravating as a customer. I ended up buying something like always, but would’ve spent more had I known where to look. No stores, Hibbetts/Kohls/Dillards/Nike, that carry big & tall do this. They ALL have big & tall sections. This needs to be addressed ASAP. Just a concerned customer. Thanks for your time & I still love Hibbetts!”
