“Decent place. Some of the employees don't know how to handle their baby chicks/ducks. Several customers have complained about buying multiple chicks/ducks during their buy 1 get 1 sale and had chicks die due to mishandling. I personally had 1 chick die. I just chalked it up to the baby chick was already sick but don't really know.

I have bought baby chicks from TSC without issue and from a place called 4R with the same results as TSC. Just never know what ya gonna get.”

“I’m a long time Hibbetts customer. Have been for over 20 years. I shop at my local Bowling Green KY store almost weekly. Shawn is great & that store is ran very well. Customer service is fantastic!

But, I was in Glasgow KY yesterday picking up a vehicle & decided to shop in their store for the 1st time ever. Walked in the door, greeted immediately. Store is very, very nice. Staff was great. But, I wear big & tall clothes. I’m a big guy obviously. U guys carry tons of apparel in extended sizing & that’s why I shop so much with this company. But, in this particular store, the big & tall sizes were mixed in with the regular sizes. If u wanted to see what they had to offer in extended sizing, u would’ve had to look through every Mens clothing rack. This is NOT ok. Very inconvenient & aggravating as a customer. I ended up buying something like always, but would’ve spent more had I known where to look. No stores, Hibbetts/Kohls/Dillards/Nike, that carry big & tall do this. They ALL have big & tall sections. This needs to be addressed ASAP. Just a concerned customer. Thanks for your time & I still love Hibbetts!”
