“In August 2026, McCoy Motors & Towing & Recovery towed my car twice over two weeks, first inter-city and second inner-city transport. They use a flatbed. The driver was courteous, highly knowledgeable about what he was doing, and did a good job. Customer service personnel was pleasant. The company, as a whole, is reliable. I highly recommend this towing company.”

“Fantastic experience with dispatch and Michael. Had a breakdown while towing on 65 and needed to wait for another truck 2 hrs away. Michael coordinated the timing perfectly and even helped HAND move an engine from one truck bed to the other. Also gave me a lower quote JUST before the prices went up due to fuel price and stuck to the original quote. This is the old school type of guy you want to work with, not many people around like him anymore. Towed the truck down to Middle TN in great time and sent photos of everything. Highly recommend if in the area (I broke down north of Elizabethtown).”

“I have only used the location for U-Haul rentals but the customer service at this location is always top tier and the people are friendly. I have the option to rent from other locations in town but only use this one because of the service. Definitely always recommend them to friends and family”
