“Yesterday May 11th my daughter 17 and her friend were out delivering plate lunches for a school fundraiser. Her car was not acting right. She pulled into y’all’s business. She went inside and spoke to the 2 young men who were working the front desk. She explained what they were doing. She told them I do not have any money to pay you. But is there any chance y’all can look at my car and let me know if it is safe to drive it back to school in Edmonton? They both were very kind to her and said we sure can. And they did.
She called me and told me what all had happened. She said they told me it wasn’t safe. I told her I’ll be right there. Thinking the whole time they were out to get a sale and because she was just a kid she wouldn’t know any better. When I pulled in she showed me her tires. One of which had absolutely no tread and was smooth as glass. I thank God for these young men for keeping my girl safe. Knowing they wouldn’t get paid to check it.
When I got inside the store I thanked them and they said you’re welcome very friendly and kindly. They didn’t realize they very well might have saved the lives of two young teens trying to raise money for their senior trip next year.
The guy said the front tires were both done in. The back tires looked ok. He said they are from 2018. I could tell that he thought I should replace them all but he didn’t push it. I said I would like good tires with out costing a fortune. He found me a great deal for 4 new tires and an alignment. My daughter told him what else her car was doing. He told her we will drive it after we get the new tires on it and see what we can find. He then looked at me and said if we find several things wrong I will tell you what needs to be fixed for safety and what can wait til later! All this will take place today. I can not even explain to you how grateful I am that my daughter walked into your business not having a clue and looking for help and got it with smiles and kindness.
And that her safety was put before money! My family will be lifetime customers from here on out. Thanks!”

Edit: Our exhaust rusted and fell apart yesterday. They came to our house, helped secure it enough to get to their shop, and welded it back together. Did a great job both times we've use their service.”

“Brought my truck in twice to have it looked at and both times they couldn't really find what I was talking about and so they DIDNT CHARGE ME so I went back after I took it the 2nd time and talked to the owner and after our conversation we came to the conclusion that it was a valve cover.
Most places would have charged me for the diagnostics especially the 2nd time.
Seems like honest people that work here and not much of them left.”
“Fantastic experience with dispatch and Michael. Had a breakdown while towing on 65 and needed to wait for another truck 2 hrs away. Michael coordinated the timing perfectly and even helped HAND move an engine from one truck bed to the other. Also gave me a lower quote JUST before the prices went up due to fuel price and stuck to the original quote. This is the old school type of guy you want to work with, not many people around like him anymore. Towed the truck down to Middle TN in great time and sent photos of everything. Highly recommend if in the area (I broke down north of Elizabethtown).”

“Took My 2001 Suburban in with left front Tire issues, Kenny diagnosed the problem immediately and quoted me a price . The next day he called me and said the work was complete. Wheel Bearings was the problem. He gave me the bill and it was less than he quoted me the day before! I was shocked to say the least, I had never been to his shop and just pulled in off the road because I was afraid to continue driving home with it. Months later, the car is running great and I'm a very Happy Camper to say the least. I will not trust my vehicles with any other repair shop! “Was on vacation and our vehicle that we decided to take started to misfire almost 400 miles away from home, this was the first shop we pulled up to and even though they were booked for the week, they got us in about 20 minutes before closing time, super grateful and appreciative for this auto shop and what they’ve done, even pulled our bag of ice out of the trunk so it didn’t melt while it was being repaired, would definitely recommend taking you’re car here knowing it’s in good hands and with very kind people. 👍”

“Took a 1998 Ford F150 here. For those who don't know, it's difficult to find anyone willing to remove the ENTIRE dash to replace the heater core in these things. Ford wasn't thinking when they engineered this truck with the heater core buried deep inside the dash. Long story short, I spent significant time trying to locate someone willing to repair it for me. I eventually came across Greer's. These guys explained they have repaired many of these trucks. I dropped it off on the scheduled day and picked it up the following. These guys didn't just fix my heater core, they managed to clear a Check Engine light that had been on for years, replaced my serpentine belt to stop an annoying squeek, adjusted the shifter that had been loose for many years, replaced the actuator and door that was also working part of the time. I was pleasantly surprised and overjoyed at the service we received! Take your vehicle here, these guys do great work and are looking out for you! Thank you guys! You rock!”
