I had bent my latch on my hatchback, he tried to fix it on the spot in the parking lot but he couldn't get it to bend back by hand and it was almost closing time on a Saturday. He got me in on Monday and fixed it right up!!! My Mom has been there twice also and she had a great experience every time!!!”

“My husband and I were on our way to Tennessee for a short weekend getaway. We decided to get off the highway for something to drink and cigarettes in Corbin, KY. As soon as we got off the highway our truck starting spitting and sputtering with dash lights coming on. We had no issues up to this point while driving! It literally happened out of the blue. We had no idea what to do! I searched auto shops near us and we found these guys! They were within a mile so we knew we could get our truck there! The big question was…. Can they help us!?! We make our way to their shop, my husband goes in and tells them our issue. They say “let us finish this car and we will take a look”. Within 30 minutes they had our truck in the garage diagnosing it! They got the part delivered and had us back on the road within 2.5 hours! That is GREAT customer service!! These men dropped what they were doing to get us back on the road! This is a father and his 2 sons that run this shop! They are amazing men with a heart of gold! We appreciate everything they did for us! Hopefully we don’t run into this issue again but if for some reason we do, and we are in that area, these will be the guys we go see!! Very very happy customers here! Thanks guys!”

“These guys were super fantastic! Broke down out of state and went here on a recommendation from a tow driver. They were able to diagnose my car the same day and allowed me to make a decision. I was under the impression that they would be able to fix my car- this was a possible misunderstanding, but was given every indication they could and would do the job. I called the next day and was told they would not be able to do it because they didn’t have the time, but could do a more expensive job for me if I chose to go that route.
I was quite peeved at the yes then no communication, but would definitely recommend these guys!”

“Driving from Middletown ohio to my grandsons wedding in Tennessee our car broke down a mike north of Williamsburg Ky. The police department gave me the number of their local towing service, Bolton’s. Called and were told about two hours, Chris, the driver showed up about 1 1/2 hours later, after towing two other vehicles that broke down in the same jam we were in. Towed us to Rolands service, who he highly recommended. After dropping off our car he offered to take my wife and myself to the Hampton hotel to spend the night since our car couldn’t be repaired, but got an emergency call fir a bad accident on 75. Gave us the cab company number and left. He was a wonderful and very helpful man and couldn’t have bern nicer. A credit to those he works for. Michal J Chupka Sr. Middletown Ohio”

“Great company! I am very thankful for the driver who helped me this past Saturday as I was on my way from Georgia to Ohio and hit a pothole. Of course my tire burst in the most inconvenient location ever. No tire shop in sight for miles, and not able to get to my spare. I didn't catch my driver's name, but believe it was Aaron. I do believe he was angel sent to help me. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. They don't make many ppl like him anymore. Definitely a blessing in disguise”
“Honest and Reliable. I brought in a 1997 Saturn Sl series to install a water pump. They did a pressure test on my cooling system and discovered that there was a hole in my radiator. Instead of just installing the water pump and charging me 2 hours labor, they called me and told me what was actually going on, saving me nearly $200. Thanks for your honesty guys.”

“It was ok I believe the price was just a little bit high. All they had to do is switch a B solenoid on a 1999 s10 transmission in which I had already bought all the parts. Transmission fluid gasket and solenoid. All they needed to do is switch ok. For 15 to 20 minute job the price was a little high. Besides that they did a good job...”
