“I hit a coyote a few weeks ago and it really did a number on my little sedan. The front end damage was pretty bad for hitting such a small animal. Being new to the area I didn't know where to go or who to ask for help. A quick Google search brought me to Estep. Their reviews seemed good and I thought why not give them a try. They got my car in that day. They worked with my insurance company for me and made the entire process so easy. They were able to repair my car to better than new condition in just a couple weeks, with the current pandemic that's amazingly fast. My car runs, drives and looks amazing thanks to Estep. You would never know my car was in an accident. These guys are amazing and considerate. They even worked around my work schedule to help me pick up my car and drop off my rental. If I could give more stars I would. These guys are the best.”

“I'd like to say that I was leery of this place because I've had 2 bad experiences from other companies in the past. However, I'd like to say this place was totally different!The attendant's went above & beyond to take care of my truck. They took the time to talk to me & answered every question.Most men who see a woman bring a vehicle in to be serviced, will take advantage of the situation but they were not like that at all!!! They treated me with nothing but the utmost kindness & respect.I would gladly & highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an oil change. You wont regret it. I'd give them 10 stars if i could!”
