Hitchin Post is a great store and a staple of the area, known for its amazing food and some of the cheapest gas around. The food is amazing, including snacks, pizza rolls, big tater tots, and breakfast sandwiches like the tenderloin. The big hitch and the thick sliced fried bologna sandwich loaded with everything are highly recommended, as is the great and spicy curry. The staff is always super friendly, inviting, and kind. The business is very kid-friendly and does a lot for the community, creating fond memories. The owner is great, and the store is highly recommended.
