“Do you have any idea how difficult it is to get anyone to answer any line in that store? I've been trying to call bc somehow a bag of merchandise I pd for didn't make it to my cart and I didn't realize until I had gotten home that it was missing. I've been trying to call to see if it was possibly taken to the service desk but no one will answer the phone. That's poor customer service in my opinion”

“Is good store. Little bit of everything hunting-wise, gun selection has always been good when I go there. Customer service has always been friendly but in a way that feels like their boss said "just talk to people like a normal person, don't be weird" so you don't feel like you're being stared at and judged like in a lot of gun stores. The vibe matches the name. Just feels like a cool uncle who treats you like a human being no matter if you're a good ol boy redneck, old-timer, young kid, or baby-faced 20-something buying a .500 magnum on layaway because you really just wanna feel what it's like to shoot thunder with one hand. Uncle Lee's is a good store and I hope it's still around for younger generations.”
