“Wow, so much negativity! I’ve been banking with FSNB for 15 years and never had any issues. When I first started with this bank it was a bit funky. I have good credit and my ex wife couldn’t get an acct anywhere. I signed up with her for a joint checking and when we first started they would hold checks for a few days until you’ve cashed I think two. Here’s what I do love about them, they give ppl a chance who can’t get an account at another bank. I like that and if for some reason I overdraft which is rarely, the fees are $20.00 and my overdraft protection covers it. There’s no daily fee when your account is in the negative like most conventional banks. When my card is compromised I never pay a fee for a new one. It’s $10.00 if your card goes bad or you lose it, I don’t care for that fee but if that’s the only thing I don’t like then…Now, customer service in the past was ok, I def love certain branches better then others but it’s all about relationships.
Ppl complain about a lot of things but I’ve never
had a rude person at any branch. Keep doing what you’re doing FSNB , there’s always going to be someone botching but it’s usually handled by putting money in the bank..lol.”
