“I left U.S. Bank after more than a decade with them due to their inability to service the needs of my business in a responsive, timely manner. Moving to Legends has been the best decision for me as a small business owner. In the first 4 months of service with them, they managed to accomplish more than what U.S. Bank ever did. Hayes Wellington and his colleagues have been top notch. They assisted me with the PPP loan and even managed to assist me in financing a commercial space in the middle of a pandemic!!! Going from a big bank where I constantly felt I was “too small to matter” to a local bank where I mattered from the start regardless of revenue is one of the best business decisions I’ve made!!! “If you are looking for a Planters local bank branch with top tier service then this location is the move! I have lost my debit card on several occasions (I'm horrible about losing things) and I also have trouble with the Planters app from time to time. Every time I have issues like this come up I can go straight down to this branch and every single person working there knows what they are doing and are always able to help. I have been with other financial institutions in the past that made me feel stupid anytime I had a problem or they were just straight up rude while completing the simplest task. There is none of that at the Planters branch on Madison St. in Clarksville. They are there so service your needs and do so with a smile on their face. I can't say enough good things about them.”
