I am new to Fortera Credit Union. When I called in for my member number, Terinda was so helpful. She was polite, professional, and friendly… and she added a free checking account to my new loan account for me so it would be ready when I got logged in. I’m sure I will love FCU, but this five-stars is for her!

Savannah was efficient, professional and a delight to talk to. I also want to add that I didn't have to fight with a stupid AI when I called. I asked your AI for a person and it immediately did what I asked. Your home office and Hopkinsville staff have always been excellent. That's why we bank with Fortera.
