“THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU WANT TO WORK WITH!! Harry is a lifesaver! We were visiting my grandma in Paintsville when my car wouldn’t start. We were supposed to head home to Georgia on Memorial Day and figured everything would be closed until Tuesday. To our surprise, we called Adam’s Towing company on Memorial Day and Harry was happy to come pick it up immediately. He let us know they also do work like installing new starters, and that he could have it back to us by tomorrow, assuming that was the issue. Well, it WAS! He picked up the car about 3pm on Monday and it was back to us ready to go and drive back home by noon on Tuesday. We have jobs we have to get back to, a toddlers routine we. wed to stick to, and our pup back at home with my parents. He doesn’t know how much we appreciate him for prioritizing our family and our Kia Soul. Not only that, it was incredibly reasonably priced for the towing, the part and the labor. Because of him, we are able to get back home safely the NEXT DAY! I’m forever grateful.”

“It's Thursday night and after working on my Toyota Prius I realized that I need a new starting battery. I called around and got some crazy responses. One major auto parts retailer told me, in order to get the battery the next morning, I needed to come in by 8 pm Thursday night and pay for it and then drive back Friday and pick it up. Heck, it's only a half hour drive through the mountains to get there?AutoZone said they would have the battery Friday morning at 9 AM. When I asked if I needed to give a credit card, the reply was pay when you pick it up in the morning ?My new hero is AutoZone ?”

“Big THANK YOU to Everett. We had a blown out tire on our way to Kentucky. We needed to replace 4 new tires on our 40 ft. Camper. This location is equipped to do this replacement, with tires on hand and amazing staff to take good care of us. The Manager is very professional and extremely helpful. He helped us with making an appointment next day, our maneuvering of the truck/camper in and out of the bay. I sure hope Wal-Mart appreciates this man.
