“The Manager greeted me immediately! I asked for a slip in shoe and he took me straight to them. He showed me a variety of them and I picked the one I wanted! He even had the shoes in wide size! I was very happy leaving the store! I will be back!”
“The employees were very helpful. Not a big fan of the purchase online , pickup instore concept. I saved 25% on a new pair of shoes, but would've been nice to be able to shop in the store and tried different pairs of shoes on. Also I was wanting to look at more items , and seen a few things I would've liked to have purchased in the store , but I would've had to have purchased them online for the 25% savings, amd then came back later to pick them up. I've out off buying anything for a long time , when I can go into other places to get items on sale right then and not have to mess woth an app or see if the store actually has the item on hand.”
