“We have found ourselves going back to your store for the welcoming atmosphere of one very special attendant. Joseph is a very nice and respectful individual. Who always makes you feel like a friend. He helps us and every customer in anyway he can. But I was concerned when he was chewed out by the supervisor. She did not know I was returning my cart and I heard her telling him that he should not talk to the customers so much. I do not think this lady knows anything about customer service, and should be looked into.”
