Terrible experience trying to get an item delivered by this company

They give me a time for 5am but they did not even open till 8am and it was like 12 degree super cold and i am just keep knocking the checking door

It's pretty much what everyone else is saying.They weren't able to make the delivery last week, because of a "driver issue." This week, they showed up unannounced without ample amount of time to put the item together. We don't recommend.
