“This was my first time shopping here, but was able to get so many things for just starting out, and stay in my budget. The ladies who worked there were very helpful, and the cashier, Dalton was very friendly. Most of the things were priced on the package, but a number of things in the aisles were kind of piled together with next to no prices for them showing on the racks. Otherwise, the store was well stocked & open until 10.”

“Wow! What a nice well cleaned store. It has savings for many, many items and often name brand names for anyone on a budget. The savings just on simple things like birthday cards is well worth the stop. Larry was a pleasure and I look forward to my next visit. As Always, Enjoy!”

“I LIKE MY DOLLAR TREES!!! 🤠 I HAVE TWO DOLLAR TREES CLOSE BY, ONE IS 1/3 OF A MILE AWAY FROM ME AND THE OTHER IS ABOUT A MILE AWAY FROM ME, BOTH OF THEM ARE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE AND BOTH OF THEM ARE VERY CONVENIENT AND HANDY WHEN I WANT TO GRAB A QUICK BARGAIN ON FOOD, OR SOME OTHER LITTLE ITEM THAT I NEED AND ESPECIALLY WHENEVER I GO IN I LOOK FOR BARGAINS ON SNACKS, MY FAVORITE IS THE BAGS OF CHEESE POPCORN FOR ONLY $1.25 PER BAG!!!

“I shop here a lot mostly out of convenience, as it's only a few miles from my house. A while back I had almost stopped shopping here all together due to the lack of stock and lazy rude workers. More recently the store has gotten better it's cleaner and well stocked. One employee that I have recently interacted with is so helpful, polite and respectful. I think his name is Greg. I don't know that the turn around is all due to him but it definitely seems that way. I just wanted to say Kudos and your hard work has not gone unnoticed.”
“Overall, this is a perfectly fine Family Dollar. It serves its purpose as a dollar store perfectly. But what I think is great about here is the people. The other day I had to buy a lot of helium balloons to celebrate my sister and her amazing volleyball team. And the clerks in the store were so kind and ego to help and extraordinarily patient with me. So I give this place full marks for those staff members.”

“I love Dollar Tree. They carry a wide range of products, including dupes of famous brands. There are always new items arriving; if you see something you like, grab it, because you might not find it again later. Prices range from $1.25 to $7, so if you aren't careful, you might be surprised at checkout since the price wasn't listed on the shelf tag. There are many locations across the city; some are well-maintained and organized, while others lack stock on the shelves, with merchandise left in boxes in the aisles. I like the staff, who always treat me well. The stores have parking and restrooms—though cleanliness varies, with some locations being clean while others need some attention.”
“Very clean place very organized. It was well lit up with lights. Had lots of variety of stuff that I haven’t seen any other Dollar General’s. The sales clerk was a very nice gentleman.”

“Every time I walk into a Dollar Tree, I find things I had no idea would be on the shelves. Surprisingly, it's a little more promising than "you get what you pay for," at the same time of "don't expect too much," but it's all worth the risk...even with the "increase" in pricing to $1.25, lol. I just hate always having to use self checkout...because 7 times out of 10, I can count on breaking the register in a different way, everytime. ??”
“The store is very dusty in nasty they really need to clean there shelves product had dust all over looks like they haven’t clean in 2 yrs and the employees needs to be drug tested the 2 young man in the white lady with the pink hair be smoking marijuana in the parking lot they asks me did I want to smoke it I said no I don’t smoke and I will be calling corporate on you guys why are y’all in the lot smoking drugs in there’s customers all 3 of them they do it every single day their general manager needs to drug text the employees for sure”
“Some dollar general stores are kinda messy , stuff everywhere. But this one they keep pretty clean and organized. Im in there at least a couple times a week . And always have what I need. And the staff is always nice , very attentive . Jump right up and help if needed . So I'll keep going .”
“While the store does need more items. My children had a great experience, Ms. Shawna was able to assist them as they were learning to shop on their own. I was not at the store yet. One of the coupons my son(13) was trying to use didn't match the item in his cart. She was able to direct him to the appropriate item. My daughter (16) was looking for some specific hair care item that she had only heard of. Ms. Shawna was able to describe the packaging to my daughter. She was able to locate it. I appreciate her patience.”
“The store on Dixie Highway in Erlanger Kentucky has the rudest manager.. she's just nasty unhelpful and downright hateful!! Never want to go there if she's in the store..if she can't deal with the public she needs to go get a job where she's all alone!!”
“i’ve had the best experience in that family dollar they are very sweet and they help me when ever i need to find something. They are very respectful especially the store manger:) they try their best even when there is a lot of customers in line they still mange to put them first. these reviews are not true. they try their best to get everything done but when i’m there the consumers are rude to the workers and the workers still treat them with respect and the workers treat them how they would wanna be treated. there was this lady that wanted the store manger to lower her price on this one item and the store manger said no i can’t do it and the lady got mad and flip and made and very bad review. and guess what they still treated her with respect.”
“I go in here several times a week. I pick up items that I need here and their staff is always friendly knowledgeable, can tell you where the item is. Just wish they would fix the self checkout line air conditioning be nice. I think they got that I'm not sure I haven't been in this week. Anyways if you're looking for good deals this is the place to go I highly recommend this.”

“Wanted to recognize a sales associate named Candace. She definitely needs to put into management. I was checking out and Candace was helping me. I bought 3 6 Packs of Pepsi. I asked her to bag the 6 packs. She explained the company policy is to not bag items with handles. She pointed out the handles on the pepsi 6 packs. However she continued and told me that her job was to satisfy the customer and that she would happily bag the Pepsi. So in other words - you have an employee who calmly and respectfully explained company policy about bagging items with handles but who then insisted on bagging them for me. She effectively balanced the stores cost management strategies while ensuring customer satisfaction by explaining the policy so that I am aware next time but bagged them this time - all while being super respectful and pleasant. Candace if you read this and they don't have a promotion plan for you - take it from me that you can get hired anywhere that you can land an interview. Thank you for genuinely caring about your job, unfortunately it's uncommon now a days.”

“This was my 1st visit to this Hebron location. Biggest store I've seen for a Dollar Tree. They too were out of the lavender bleach & the prewash clothing spray I use. Can't find these 2 items in any of their locations unfortunately.”
