This FedEx Ship Center closes at 8:30 pm. The staff is super helpful, very intelligible, and shows the correct ways to ship, demonstrating integrity. However, the scanners at this facility can have an issue uploading to the system, which may leave a package in limbo without a tracking number. This is not the employees' fault, but they have to deal with the public regarding these equipment problems.
Not the employee's fault but my package could not be scanned properly. Now my package is in limbo, since I don't have a tracking number. The scanners at this facility had an issue upload to the system. I'm sure FedEx is saving money on defective scanning equipment. But the employees have to deal with the public.

Drop and hook. Don't open until 1800 on Sundays. Super nice people.
