“I travelled to Evansville to buy 10 pieces of primed trim that the website said was $3.98 a piece. They were supposed to have 12 pieces in stock. However, there was none available on the shelf when I got there. The people assisting between the shelves were not able to help me. They saw 12 available pieces in inventory, but they could not find them. I was told that a third party had stocked the shelves, and they had no idea what had happened. They also called the associate responsible for the area. When I asked for price match for the unpainted product (price for that was $10 more i.e. $100 more for what I wanted to buy) the question was ignored.
Eventually, I walked to customer service. The person there was more than happy to help me, and she requested the assistant manager to address my issue. Which she did. She was great :). She took the responsibility to solve my problem and to honor the advertized price. I was able to leave the store with price match and finish the small remodel I had started.”
