Most places security guards just stand and stare at you when your waiting and it is so awkward but she was the nicest the building is very clean and nice looking as well. The banker I worked with could not help me at the time due to an upcoming scheduled appointment.I understood that, but was not given an appointment. I indicated I have open availability to schedule but rather than proceed to give me an appointment, my phone number was taken and I was told I would receive a call. I don't understand why an appointment could not be scheduled when I was there.I went home and created an appointment myself on the website.Most banks I have done business with are eager to help a customer create a new account. This experience made me feel as if PNC is ambivalent about my continued business with them.”
