Mainly because I had to pay $128 and I really didn't have it I was kind of hoping they would have took it out of my refund but I guess it's my first year of filing with them in a couple years

Bring in a puzzle, Leave with a picture.Senior Tax Analyst Richard H (30-year experience) helped with 2021 tax preparation.He was detail oriented, data centric, and result driven. Without wasting a second, Richard started to organize the paperwork and asked questions in order to provide a quote for the service.Within less than 30 minutes, he was able to provide the results of this year's tax filing.Several hours later, I returned to finalize the filing and brought a concerning previous tax year matter that had been making a circle for over a year. Richard, with excitement, started to dive right in. For over an hour and a half, through different tactics, he was able to clarify the mirky matter. With the information he provided us, we're confident we could resolve this issue.Richard wouldn't stop until he is satisfied with the results.
