“I was standing in the Lowe’s store in Elizabethtown, couldn’t find what I needed, and of course could not find anyone to help me. My project was at my daughter’s house near Hodgenville so I called the Ace Hardware there and Jennifer answered right away. She was very kind and assured me that they had in stock what I was looking for. I was not disappointed. Two different people helped me within one minute of entering the store. This is how going to the hardware store used to be, and how it will be for me from now on at every opportunity”
