“We ordered bedroom furniture from Herb Hayes and as usual, everything went smoothly, from purchase to delivery. The furniture arrived earlier than expected. Tyler kept me up to date on the delivery. The delivery men couldn't have been more professional, or polite, while being careful not to damage our home. They navigated our short hallway as if it was easy to turn large furniture. This is not the first time we have done business with them and it won't be the last. We have dealt with other companies that left us unhappy or stressed out. You won't find that here and we saved money by driving to Hopkinsville since the sales tax is less. We highly recommend this company.”

“You can usually find what you're looking for or something close to it. Their stock rotates based on what's delivered by corporate to the individual stores which apparently is a combination of common (holiday decorations, cookware, etc) and area specific (e.g. sports teams). I can't say I've ever had a bad experience with employees at a Ross location. If anything, they're typically friendly and helpful.”

“Upscale shop with beautiful merchandise and something for everyone. Found a cross to leave at my grandmother's grave and found out it was made locally by Wonderfully Made Workshop, a local project that works with special needs people- y'all my heart was so happy I ended up stopping here to shop, found what I needed and it went to a great cause!”
