“My husband and I switched from Verizon and Rahul put us on the better value plan with was way cheaper and had more benefits for 4 lines. Also have the price lock for 5 years is amazing. Rahul took the extra time to help us port our number over and really made us feel how honest he was. If you go to this location, go see him. You will get true customer service and the best price point. Thank you so much, right after he activated our phones we had all 5 bars for service, whereas with Verizon I only had 2 bars and dropped calls. Rahul also showed me his phone and how when he took it off WiFi he had 5 bars. Go see him!!!”
“The best customer service I have received by far by a cell phone company they were more than willing to help when above and beyond to get the problem resolved. After going around the corner 2 minutes from my house we drove 30 minutes just to go to the store and received the best customer service ever. The Clarksville Tennessee store is a joke and I only live 2 minutes around the corner I will gladly Drive 30 minutes to the Hopkinsville Kentucky Spectrum store to get the best service.”
