“I was traveling from Manitoba Canada for the Thanksgiving holidays. I lost all of my coolant about 8 miles from Horse Cave. A local slowed down and asked if I needed help. I asked for a recommendation for a tow not knowing where I need to tow it to. They said “call PCS, they will get you going maybe even here at the side of the road and gave me their number.” So I did just that. They responded to my call promptly. Towed me to their shop. And it didn’t stop there. Cory was clearly knowledgable of what I needed and was looking up my part while I waited for my ride to a motel. And this was late a night! I was very impressed for being a Parts Manager back home. He had the part ordered that I needed late at night and had me all fixed up early the very next morning again with a very reasonable rate. Very friendly folks. I highly recommend.”

We rolled into town just as the car died. The manager stayed late to make sure we would have a part that could be picked up the next morning and found a guy willing to do the work on his holiday break. The staff at Tri County Auto and Oil bent over backward to make sure we were safe and had a solid plan to get back on the road the next day.”
