“Mike is a REAL angel!! On Saturday, March 4, 2023, my grandson's car broke down on the I-65 about 20 miles north of Munfordville. He was towed by another company to Munfordville Super 8 motel. There was a major power outage from a storm that passed through and there was no electricity anywhere in the city. My grandson was the only customer at the hotel. I had no way to contact him, I couldn't sleep. At 2 am while on the internet I found Mike's service and saw all of the positive reviews that he received. I contacted Mike on Sunday morning. He went up to Munfordville, found my grandson, towed him to Bowling Green, fed him, and waited with him while he picked up a U-Haul truck to drive to Atlanta. My grandson didn't want the car anymore and Mike took it off of his hands. I can't thank him enough.”

“My car broke down at 5:45 am, 30 minutes from Fort Knox, I was on my way home (Bama). I was able to get to the Marathon gas station and the clerk there gave me a towing number. When Mr. Alvey arrived (the owner), I was a little skeptical because he was very well-to do and clean, not your average tow guy. But in the end, he towed my car to his shop right off the exit, I think it was 58, and one of his employees looked at my car and advised it could be my alternator. So one of his employees finished the trip ( great guy), took me to the dealership because my car was a Kia. Turned out, I needed an alternator. Kia fixed my car and I made it home in time for late super. Thank you Mr. Alvery and your team for keeping me safe. 40 years in business is very impressive.”

“I was traveling from Manitoba Canada for the Thanksgiving holidays. I lost all of my coolant about 8 miles from Horse Cave. A local slowed down and asked if I needed help. I asked for a recommendation for a tow not knowing where I need to tow it to. They said “call PCS, they will get you going maybe even here at the side of the road and gave me their number.” So I did just that. They responded to my call promptly. Towed me to their shop. And it didn’t stop there. Cory was clearly knowledgable of what I needed and was looking up my part while I waited for my ride to a motel. And this was late a night! I was very impressed for being a Parts Manager back home. He had the part ordered that I needed late at night and had me all fixed up early the very next morning again with a very reasonable rate. Very friendly folks. I highly recommend.”
