“After reading some of the reviews about waiting for hours to be unload I was a bit skeptical. My appointment was for 10:00 AM and I arrived at 9:50. Within 10 minutes I was checked in and instructed where to park and un-tarp. Shortly after I was unloaded and sent on my way. I have no complaints.”

“***Update 06/17Ken and Pat, two of the men that run the organization, call me and resolved all of my issues.***Original PostI am sure that there are some people that have a good experience here, but I did not.The people that work at the counter and in the warehouse are very friendly and helpful.The people in management on the financial and credit side of the operation are incapable of looking at you as anything more than a number on a screen, specifically Steve Tester.One day I was on my way to pick up coil from them for a job and out of nowhere they told me that I had a months old invoice that supposedly was not paid and locked my account out.I have spent thousands of dollars at this place. I bought a brand new gutter machine from this place. And then one day they decide to treat me and speak to me like I’m a criminal because of an oversight on their end.My last conversation was with the branch manager of the Loveland operation Keith. Upon explaining the situation to Keith his response was that he didn’t think we were a good fit for each other, which I agreed with.At no point did anyone from Marsh accept responsibility for the issue. Their only response was locking out my account and demanding that I stop everything and tend the an issue caused by an oversight on their end.Again, the people that work the counter (DJ, Cowan, Brenda, and more) and in the warehouse (I cannot remember any names) were very helpful and provided great customer service, as well as the guys who deliver gutter.As long as they don’t pull an invoice out of a file from a month ago and claim you didn’t pay for it you may have a good experience here.”

“I visited the Walton location and they have a nice selection to choose from. Daniel is so nice and friendly to work with. He was very patient during our selection process and accommodating. I would recommend going to Reading Rock for the wide range of selection and for the customer service. Their prices seemed comparable as well to other places I had visited.”
