“Came in for a small load of lumber for a weekend project, glad I chose to come here. They had the few items I needed at a great price and the yard workers made it extremely quick to gather everything I needed. I was planning on ripping the sheet of plywood I got with my circular saw to fit it in my hatchback but they had a table saw onsite and they ripped it for me free of charge. Definitely coming back here for any future projects 👍”

“I recently had a chimney inspection conducted by Casey. Very friendly; very professional. Casey was able to confirm some minor issues, and made his recommendations. Casey saved me a lot of money by informing me of a sealing product that is DIY-friendly. The folks at the showroom and warehouse were just as professional as Casey. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Tate Builder Supply. That's how you do it; Always Professional.”

“***Update 06/17Ken and Pat, two of the men that run the organization, call me and resolved all of my issues.***Original PostI am sure that there are some people that have a good experience here, but I did not.The people that work at the counter and in the warehouse are very friendly and helpful. The people in management on the financial and credit side of the operation are incapable of looking at you as anything more than a number on a screen, specifically Steve Tester. One day I was on my way to pick up coil from them for a job and out of nowhere they told me that I had a months old invoice that supposedly was not paid and locked my account out.I have spent thousands of dollars at this place. I bought a brand new gutter machine from this place. And then one day they decide to treat me and speak to me like I’m a criminal because of an oversight on their end.My last conversation was with the branch manager of the Loveland operation Keith. Upon explaining the situation to Keith his response was that he didn’t think we were a good fit for each other, which I agreed with.At no point did anyone from Marsh accept responsibility for the issue. Their only response was locking out my account and demanding that I stop everything and tend the an issue caused by an oversight on their end.Again, the people that work the counter (DJ, Cowan, Brenda, and more) and in the warehouse (I cannot remember any names) were very helpful and provided great customer service, as well as the guys who deliver gutter. As long as they don’t pull an invoice out of a file from a month ago and claim you didn’t pay for it you may have a good experience here.”

“TRUCKERS DO NOT FOLLOW GPS. Turn onto Howard Lintzler from KY17. Go under the train bridge (clearance is OK). Take the first left past the train bridge onto Boron. Go to the stop sign, turn left onto 43rd. Go under another train bridge (again, clearance is OK) and Kelly Bros' driveway is on the right”

“I visited the Walton location and they have a nice selection to choose from. Daniel is so nice and friendly to work with. He was very patient during our selection process and accommodating. I would recommend going to Reading Rock for the wide range of selection and for the customer service. Their prices seemed comparable as well to other places I had visited.”
