“They did a terrific job but I only gave them four stars because the owner said he would buff out the other headlight and he didn't. They fixed the bumper and replaced the other head light assembly. It looked terrific. I would use them again in the future but wouldn't pay until he did what he said he was going. Workmanship was great. Sticking to what he said he would do cost him that 5th star.”

“In June of 2025 my SUV's water pump started to have a major leak while we were in the area on a family vacation and pulling a camper. I brought my vehicle in, along with a new water pump and coolant first thing on a Saturday morning with no prior appointment. They were able to fit me in their schedule and got my vehicle fixed in just a few hours. Only charged about $200 too! They saved us from being stranded for the weekend.”
“My main concern when going to get my oil changed is not falling into the hole in the floor: success!! These gentleman changed my oil in record time, and fixed a small problem before it had the chance to become a more expensive issue. Thank you!”

“I pulled up outside the store at 6:58 PM. I had just looked up what time they closed (7 PM), but I decided to take a chance. When I pulled up, one of the workers came out and motioned me forward. I yelled out the window, “Do you guys close at 7?” The worker answered, “Yes, but it’s okay.” I asked again if he was sure it was okay, and another worker came over and said, “Of course it’s okay; come on in!” I told them that I typically have my baby with me, and she HATES the car, so this was the only time I could come without her. He smiled and said to pull on in. They were all so kind to me the entire time. I used my coupon and was in and out in 7 minutes flat. This is my favorite Valvoline location, and I will continue to get my oiled chanted here for the years to come. :)”

“We’ve been taking our cars to Tire Plus in Elsmere for years, and they continue to impress us every time. Normally we schedule our appointments in advance, but today we found ourselves in a bind. My husband discovered a flat tire at 4:30pm as we were heading out of town. I called Tire Plus right away, and they didn’t hesitate to help.

“I never give anything less than five stars really as long as the delivery experience is okay as far as unloading goes but I will say this backing into this place is tough. I chose to Blind Side back because sight side just was not feasible I will say this if they have pickup trucks parked on the dock have them move them because that's going to make everything a hell of a lot easier. The guy told me that he has had people refused to deliver here because it's so tough to get in but I wasn't about to go to that extreme”

“I had a KIA Sedona with a bad alternator, I have a warranty contract with Route 66 and was having trouble getting a repair shop to work with them. I called Greg's and they repaired the van in 2 days, Thw alternator failed 2 days later, They were happy to resolve the issue, I had the car back the next day. They have a honest crew that gets the job completd as fast as possible.”

“Got an oil change, I really like that you can track the progress on the Walmart app. Really great that it alerts you when it's done too. Great prices on tires, oil changes and just services in general. The associate from the auto center who took my car back was very nice and accommodating. The only negative thing I'll say is, it was estimated to take 30 min but ended up taking 2 hrs bc the were busy. So be prepared to wait if they seem busy.”
