“I took my caddy to take 5 and my Lexus as I do on a regular basis. It only takes a few minutes and your oil is changed. Take 5 is very convenient and efficient, unlike the other places where you make appointments and they come out and tell you this and that needs to be replaced. Take 5 is legit, no gimmicks, no tricks. You should stop by and see for yourself.!!!!!”

“My experience was unique. I viewed the car online, spoke with a salesman, and overnighted a certified check to them. I flew to Cincinnati and got an Uber to the store. Spending over 10k sight unseen, I thought it was not professional for them not to pick me up at the airport. Felt more like they didn’t care or I wasn’t important as a customer. 75$ Uber was better than walking, I guess. The vehicle was as they said and described. Although, it had not been washed or cleaned inside when I arrived. They did wash and clean it for me after I took receipt, but it was a long delay before I could start my 10 hour drive home. Overall, I would purchase from again. Paula was very efficient and helpful with my purchase.”

They were happy to explain.Had me in and out in under 25 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation, battery inspection, and code clearing (would have been even faster if I wasn't asking several questions lol.)
