I stopped in a week later for an oil change since it was overdue. They were just as nice and very efficient. “My experience was unique. I viewed the car online, spoke with a salesman, and overnighted a certified check to them. I flew to Cincinnati and got an Uber to the store. Spending over 10k sight unseen, I thought it was not professional for them not to pick me up at the airport. Felt more like they didn’t care or I wasn’t important as a customer. 75$ Uber was better than walking, I guess. The vehicle was as they said and described. Although, it had not been washed or cleaned inside when I arrived. They did wash and clean it for me after I took receipt, but it was a long delay before I could start my 10 hour drive home. Overall, I would purchase from again. Paula was very efficient and helpful with my purchase.”
