“We got off our flight at CVG (delayed 3 times) and our car would not start. After having the airport police jump us twice we managed to make it to Glenway auto center to have them take a look at it. It was the closest place and we live 1.5 hours away. They could have not been more nice. I think they could tell how stressed out my husband and I were, with 2 kids in the freezing dead of winter. “Last week i got a flat and put a spare on. I got off of work around 5pm and saw they were open for a bit longer. Due to traffic, it took me 50 minutes to drive there, and they said they would wait for me which off the bat I thought that was super helpful. I got there and told them I needed 2 used tires. They stated they actually have a 4 set of the same brand of used for $300. Great deal. They put them on very quickly. Jay the owner is super helpful and it's a great busy positive environment. I had a great experience and my tires I got are great. Definitely will be using J's for any further repair, etc in the future!”
