“Rented a second unit in Newport KY in a rush and the service was amazing. Had to stop in because I couldn’t complete my rental on my phone ATM and the employee who called me, Bri, was right there to log me in and show me around. Paul was also super helpful and was there to assist while training Bri.
The next day with my movers, I got turned around finding my new unit in the complex and ran into Bri again. Without hesitation she stopped to help and walk us exactly where we needed to be.

“This is my first time using a storage unit and I'm already loving it here. I'm clumsy and lost my lock inside my unit lol well Ruthie and her team noticed I was without a lock and was concerned for my safety so they put a red lock on it and called me right away. They said to come in office my next visit and they'll unlock it for me.
Well I did that and tried to look for my lock inside and couldn't! I completely forgot to tell them and it was after hours... a few days later they called me and said they placed a lock there and sent me a combination for it. I'm so grateful because as a mom of 5 I couldn't really afford another lock for another week or so . So I'm so appreciative of their professionalism and most of all CARE. Thank you again miss Ruthie !!”

“The process to get the unit was quick and relatively. John was very nice and personable. No issues on the customer service aspect of my experience!
A word of caution though, the prices or sales on the units vary by day (at least they did for me), and luckily I was able to get my unit for $62 for 4 months, if paid upfront. Not bad! But then came the extra fees... They charge you a monthly insurance fee (based off of value of items stored), which bumped me up to around $80 a month, plus I had to purchase a lock, plus taxes and an admin fee. Costed a little over $400 for 4 months, which was not what I was expecting. I understand the need for some of these fees, but some things seem a little expensive. My renter's insurance covers everything for a lot less. They also said that I should expect it to jump to the full market price in February, which is around $150, plus the insurance & taxes. Hopefully they'll offer a discount when I renew, because that is NOT possible for me at this point, and will have to find another option.
Otherwise, the value of the promotion is decent, so we'll see how well they keep things up after February.”
“Buttermilk Self Storage has been an absolute lifesaver! Their facility is clean, secure and conveniently located right off the highway. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making the entire rental process stress free.
I was particularly impressed with the variety of unit sizes available. They had the perfect space to accommodate my storage needs. The units were well-maintained, and I felt confident that my belongings were safe and secure. I went for a climate controlled unit and it is well worth the rental fee.
I have rented U-Haul trucks from this location on three different occasions. All three rentals went smooth. The after hours return was easy to complete. If you're searching for a reliable and hassle-free storage solution or a place to rent a U-Haul, I wholeheartedly recommend Buttermilk Self Storage.”

“I give Nobles Towing a 5 Star rating! They were very flexible on my needs to have our car towed to a private resident in Ohio. We were not able to have anyone there to receive the car so the driver sent us photos to confirm the vehicle was delivered as requested. I called around for several quotes to have this vehicle moved and Nobles Towing gave us the best quote. They are very affordable and professional. Once again, I would recommend this company if you’re needing a vehicle towed.

Adequate room for backing and maneuvering.
Friendly staff although the weekend staff is a bit slow.
No overnight parking but there is a TA truck stop at exit.”

“Had a very good experience with my move using H. Johnson Moving. They guys were right on time as promised and they were very courteous and fast with carting things to the final destination. I wasn't moving very far and they told me the duration should fall within their two hour minimum and surely enough it did. My movers were rock stars - I was amazed at how quickly they got things done and had no damaged items upon unpacking. I would definitely use them again, no question!”
