“I do not know where to start with this review. My wife and daughter got a flat on a Sunday heading back to TN. Rocky went out of his way to take care of them, which even though we never met, I will always be thankful to him for. He was (1) extremely professional, (2) knew his stuff, (3) had inventory that no other big retailer had, (4) was able to work fast, (5) and was overly fair with his pricing. He ended up actually patching the tire, which another big retailer told my wife was not possible. After he finished patching the tire, my wife tried to tip him but he would not take it, just a great person. Wish we lived closer to Florence, KY, I know where my family would be taking my cars. Thanks Rocky for treating my family so well.”

“We got off our flight at CVG (delayed 3 times) and our car would not start. After having the airport police jump us twice we managed to make it to Glenway auto center to have them take a look at it. It was the closest place and we live 1.5 hours away. They could have not been more nice. I think they could tell how stressed out my husband and I were, with 2 kids in the freezing dead of winter. “I was traveling through on Labor Day absolutely nobody was around and I had about 30 minutes until this tire plus closed. The worker contacted the owner. They got some stuff worked out and got me taken care of. It was very very cool how it all came together and they made it happen. I cannot say enough about these people. They could’ve simply said I’m sorry we’re closed at five like the nine other people I called, but they did not. They took care of business much respect to this place owner and employees.”
