“Never used this place before, but I had a broken flex adapter sleeve for my car’s exhaust and it needed to be replaced. Was able to get the problem diagnosed same day with Bluegrass, quoted the next day and fixed the following. Great communication and friendly service from this group. Will 100% be coming here again and recommending this place to friends.”

“I came in to Kaiser around 10 am, in crisis mode as is often the case with unplanned and unexpected auto issues. I was greeted warmly, as usual. I had several major issues needing attention and that day was my only day to get things done. The team at Kaiser rose to the occasion. I picked my car up at 2 pm. Problems solved. These guys in the back work hard so a generous tip for pizza etc. was left as a way to show appreciation. I highly recommend Kaiser Tire & Auto!”

“I had Murphy’s Custom Auto install vertical door hinges on my 2010 Camaro. Tony and his team did an outstanding job. Absolutely no issues or damages which was amazing considering the scope of the work. Highly recommend”

“Bobby was very knowledgeable in helping me understand the maintenance needs of my vehicle. After being told by the dealership that I need to replace the entire transmission, Bobby recommended that we do a complete system flush before we take extreme measures. So far, I can certainly tell a difference, I believe my 2021 Tahoe is going to get much more life! I’m not sure that the dealerships have true specialized experts anymore.”
