“I’ve recently took out all my vehicles. I had about five spots because they were not ever in the office so I had to go ahead and cancel when I did come in to Cancel. There was several employees in the office. They did let me know that they were going through a transition period and they all were helpful. I will think about returning in the off-season if they keep this same great customer service that I’ve seen today.”

“Jake (from State Farm) was great. He took care of everything and made it easy. He was also helping another (slightly older) lady while I was there and she was also clearly appreciating his service. The storage facility is clean and easy to access. It’s well lit and well secured. It’s weird to admit I like a storage facility, but I really do like this place.”

“This was a very stressful situation. I called on Tuesday and because this is peak moving season was told they only had one day available left for the month of July and I had already given my 30 day notice so I said ok I'll take it when is it Sunday. Which Sunday this Sunday July 5 at 8:30 am. Ok with 4 days to pack sheesh‼ Sunday 8:30 nothing. I call come to find out they put a smaller move in front of us and nobody called to inform us that our moved got push back to 1:30pm. Now we're upset think we may not get moved. They arrived 1:25 got us packed at our 1st stop on to our storage unit. These guys work like a well oiled machine ‼‼ they got us moved to our new house and even finished the job 2 hours early. These guys were so professional

“Andy maintains one of the neatest storage places I've ever been to. At any time you can find him diligently working to maintain the property. As for our unit, he processed our intake paperwork very quickly and escorted us to the unit; the unit was clean and ready for our use. Although we only needed our unit for one month, we always felt we had selected the perfect option and will be back if we ever need storage in the future!”
