She was so busy that she left her keys in my unit at the time that she checked me in, when I returned them to her she had already started trying to backtrack to locate them so I was happy to ease her mind in locating them for her”

“I’ve recently took out all my vehicles. I had about five spots because they were not ever in the office so I had to go ahead and cancel when I did come in to Cancel. There was several employees in the office. They did let me know that they were going through a transition period and they all were helpful. I will think about returning in the off-season if they keep this same great customer service that I’ve seen today.”

“Its too pricey and had trouble reaching them when I moved my things out on what I was suppose to do next because I moved out before my payment due date and was still being charged plus got charged for the lock still being on even though it wasn't locked and they could just go pull it out and open the door to see that I moved out especially after I left voicemails emailed them and live chatted with someone... But yea if you don't mind the price I guess they are ok...”
