“Thank you to management for promptly addressing a seriously disappointing employee that in many ways portraited the opposite of what your brand stands for. (Vaping inside the building, bringing personal drama to work and unloading on whoever they thought would listen, spoke badly about their job, left the building and sometimes the property with noone else on shift, taking over the locker room with their gear to groom themselves, working on their vehicle in the parkinglot and profuse cussing and volitle mood shifts...all of this while being on the clock.) I have found the rest of the staff to be excellent. For instance, Steven is a highly diligent worker with fantastic customer service skills—he is the employee who initially showed me the ropes when I first joined and encouraged me to speak up if I ever had issues. The other employees I encounter here have also consistently been friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. I apologize for not remembering everyone's name. I have disabilities and am excited about toning up and being able to participate in life more. And your amazing workers have been a key factor in my ability to increase my mobility.
