Everyone is very encouraging pushing you to your best. I was hesitant at first based on my weight and activity level. Boy was I wrong! Don’t be shy; they welcome all shapes and sizes! This is the best, most encouraging gym I’ve ever been too!!!”

“F45 in Crestwood is one of the best workout groups I have ever been apart of! I have tried tons of groups, classes and gyms but this is by far my happy place and favorite! A friend invited me to go with her 2 years ago and I instantly feel in love with that it is more than a workout class, it’s a community and they are amazing people! The workouts are great, fun, and high energy, they challenge you but also have modifications if needed. Julia is one of several coaches, who genuinely cares about each member, their workout goals but also life goals. Her and all the other coaches are always going around encouraging members during the workouts and knows when to push you for a stronger workout to reach your goals. When you have a community, coaches and workouts you love you get excited to be in class!”
